Outline Agenda
Day 1 - Improving the European Water Research Landscape
Starting at lunchtime and particularly for EU Water Policy Makers and national Research Programme Managers. This first half day is for a high level and lively discussion.
- The current scene for water management research in Europe,
- Future initiatives in research coordination,
- Plenary discussion.
The aim is to identify and highlight very specific issues that need to be addressed to increase the coherence of the water area of the European Research Area.
Day 2 - The Contribution of IWRM.Net to the European Research Area for Water
- IWRM-Net achievements - Joint research and IWRM-Net Sustainability plans
- Science to Support Water Policy and Management Lessons for Improving Science Policy Interfacing
- Knowledge Exchange – Catalysing the Human Network
There will be also a networking Lunch with opportunity to look at IWRM Research Project posters and meet the researchers.
