IKSR • Internationale Kommission zum Schutz des Rheins Zum Wohl des Rheins und aller ihm zufließenden Gewässer kooperieren die Mitglieder der Internationalen Kommission zum Schutz des Rheins (IKSR) - Schweiz, Frankreich, Deutschland, Luxemburg, die Niederlande und die Europäische Kommission - erfolgreich mit Österreich, Liechtenstein, der belgischen Region Wallonien und Italien. Die Schwerpunkte der Arbeit sind die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Rheins, seiner Auen und der gute Zustand aller Gewässer im Einzugsgebiet.
